How to use

  • Start with 1 teaspoon of jackfruit flour per 1 cup of soup.
  • Cook for 3–5 minutes after adding to remove the raw taste.
  • Replace 10%–30% of your regular flour (wheat/rice) with jackfruit flour.
  • Mix well with the other dry ingredients before adding liquids.
  • Replace 10%–25% of your regular flour (atta, rice flour, or urad mix) with jackfruit flour.
  • Mix with your usual ingredients and knead/whisk as normal.
  • Rest the dough or batter for 5–10 minutes for better softness.
